BANDIDOS Motorcycle Club member John Justin Doyle has had a number of charges against him put before the court.
Doyle, 40, was arrested during a major police raid in Toowoomba last week which targeted the Bandidos Harlaxton club house and a number of residences in the city.
He was charged with a number of drug matters and held in custody, but has since been charged in relation to a violent home invasion at Gowrie Junction on January 9 and the alleged fake armed robbery of the Drayton BP Service Station in December 2010.
Doyle has not been required to enter any pleas to the charges, which include six counts of entering and committing an offence, deprivation of liberty, seven of receiving tainted property and four of disqualified driving.
His solicitor Adam Guest told Toowoomba Magistrates Court yesterday he didn't need his client to be brought from the watch house into court for the mention of the charges, and sought a month's adjournment so he could go through the large number of charges.
Mr Guest said he would most likely make an application for bail on behalf of his client at the next court appearance.
Magistrate Damian Carroll remanded Doyle in custody and adjourned all matters for mention back in the same court on July 10.
