An alleged member of an outlawed motorcycle gang (OMCG) will appear in court today charged with affray after an incident in Bondi last month.
It will be alleged that the 26-year-old Maroubra man – a member of the Comanchero OMCG –became involved in an affray with members of the group, Notorious, about 12.30pm on Thursday 28 October.
A number of men were arrested at the time and charged with affray.
Further investigations continued by officers attached to Eastern Suburbs Local Area Command to identify other men allegedly involved in the fight.
As a result of investigations a warrant for the arrest of the man for the charge of affray was issued.
Officers attached to Strike Force Raptor stopped a silver Toyota Camry on the M7 near Elizabeth Drive at Prestons where they arrested the man on Saturday, November 13.
He was taken to Cabramatta Police Station where he was charged with affray.
He has been refused bail to appear at Parramatta Bail Court today.
