Canada - Court appearance for third man charged after crash

Three men with possible Outlaws connection face weapons charges.
A third man city police say is associated with the Outlaws biker gang made a brief court appearance Monday, in a wheelchair.
Wayne Crowell, 36, of Cannington Ont., will be back in court Wednesday for a bail hearing.
Police announced Sunday that they had charged Crowell, the passenger in a single-vehicle collision on Hunter St. E., in front of the Quaker Oats office building, on March 11.
Crowell and his co-accused, Mark Cleary, 29, of Peterborough and Keith Nolan, 36, of Richmond Hill, face numerous weapons charges.
Nolan was denied bail on March 18. He appeared briefly in court Monday by video and will next appear April 4 also by video.
Cleary was granted bail on Friday but remains in custody until an approved surety is found. He'll in appear in court Tuesday by video.Crowell is charged with careless use of firearm, occupant of motor vehicle knowing there was a firearm, possession of prohibited or restricted firearm, unauthorized possession of firearm, possession of weapon for dangerous purpose, possession of firearm while prohibited, two counts of possession of scheduled II substance, and two counts of breach of probation.
Cleary is charged with impaired driving, breach of probation, careless storage of a firearm, occupying a vehicle while a firearm is present, possession of a restricted firearm, unauthorized possession of a firearm, possession of a dangerous weapon and possession of a controlled substance.
Nolan is charged with careless storage of a firearm, occupying a vehicle while a firearm is present, possession of a restricted firearm, unauthorized possession of a firearm, possession of a dangerous weapon and possession of a controlled substance.
