WESTMINSTER – The Westminster Police Department is getting a $128,000 state grant that will help fund new traffic safety equipment such as a DUI trailer, speed trailer and radar equipment.
According to statement released by the Police Department, the grant from the California Office of Traffic Safety will specifically target motorcycle safety, drunken drivers, speeding drivers and red light runners.
