RICHMOND, Va. (AP) - The jury in the Outlaws motorcycle gang racketeering trial in Richmond has deliberated for two days without reaching a verdict.
Deliberations resume Tuesday morning in federal court.
Outlaws national president Jack Rosga of Milwaukee and 3 of his associates are accused of participating in a criminal enterprise responsible for an array of violent crimes, most of them part of a turf war with the rival Hell's Angels and its allies.
The jury recessed Tuesday evening after asking for, and receiving, a new copy of tape recording made by a federal agent who infiltrated the gang. The copy that had been played in court was malfunctioning.
