Kenneth Chretien was sentenced Friday.
Chretien was charged with interfering in the execution of a search warrant when ATF and other agents raided a home in Old Orchard Beach last year.
Chretien's brother-in-law, Thomas Mayne was shot and killed in the raid.
Mayne was one of 27 Outlaws members and associates named in a nationwide, multi-count indictment issued in Virginia. Chretien was not part of that indictment.
The judge sentenced him to eight months in prison with three years of supervised release. He was also fined $500.
