The tattoo parlor in downtown Rocky Point, where members of the notorious Pagan motorcycle gang stand accused of plotting to murder a rival gang member, has gone out of business.

The colorful pictures of tattoos adorning the windows at the former House of Tattooing have been stripped off, and the words "For Rent" on the window are all that's visible in the darkness of the empty store.
