Wyoming - Buffalo Chip sued in injury case

OFF THE WIRE
FROM CHUCK
First some Alpha Biker commentary... are you fuckin' kiddin' me with this? "the employee did not honk or attempt to avoid him". Presumably, if somebody ran over your foot, some aspect of your peripheral vision would have picked up on a vehicle coming your way... unless your feet protrude backwards... you're pretty much going to see it coming.
Do I want to see my camping rates go up as a result of this bogus lawsuit... hell no... so Jeremy... you earn the Big Hairy Middle Finger award... congrats!

A Wyoming man is suing a famous Sturgis campground for negligence claiming an employee drove a pickup truck over his foot during the 2009 motorcycle rally.
Jeremy Pepin of Saratoga, Wyo., was walking through the Legendary Buffalo Chip campground during the rally when an employee ran over his foot, according to a federal lawsuit filed this week.
Pepin claims the employee did not honk or attempt to avoid him before the collision and that there were no clearly marked zones for vehicles at the campground.
He's since raked up thousands in medical bills to repair his crushed foot, the lawsuit claims.
Pepin wants unspecified damages from Buffalo Chip for failing to properly train the employee and failing to designate footpaths for campers.
No court dates have been set.
