OFF THE WIRE
Question here.... at what point should the elderly be banned from driving altogether???
Should it be based upon the individual's reflexes, etc?
Or retesting annually after a certain age?
Or just revoke the privilege to drive after a certain age?
WHAT DO YOU THINK?

Faith Mitzel A 93-year-old Oberon woman who authorities say hit two motorcycles with her car, resulting in the death of a pregnant woman, has been sentenced for misdemeanor driving charges on Tuesday.
The Ramsey County State's Attorney, Lonnie Olson, said Faith Mitzel was ordered to pay $375 in fines. She will also face 60 days in jail if she commits a crime within the next two years.
This comes after her license was pulled by the state this summer after she was involved in a deadly accident in May in Benson County. A motorcycle passenger was killed and two others were hurt.
The prosecution had said they would ask for the maximum punishment of 60 days in jail.
