A man has pleaded not guilty to the shooting murder of a senior Nomads bikie last year.
Kevin Anthony Gall, 32, entered the plea of not guilty to the murder of Neil Green, 36, on April 16, 2010 at Girraween, in the NSW Supreme Court on Friday.
Gall also denied other charges, including shooting at another man, discharging a firearm, holding a firearm without a permit, possessing a silencer without a permit and influencing a man to destroy evidence.
A co-accused, Bruce Edward Gall, 60, pleaded not guilty to harbouring and assisting Kevin Gall.
Justice Megan Latham set down the trial for May 28, 2012.
