The incident reportedly occurred between alleged members of the Vagos Motorcycle Club and the Hells Angels Motorcycle Club at a tattoo convention on June 4.

Additionally, Bianchi and Dabbs were charged with felony assault with force likely to produce great bodily injury, which is punishable by up to four years in prison. Carrillo and Johnson were charged with a second misdemeanor battery count.
A number of special allegations, which could result in up to 10 more years in prison, were also charged relating to infliction of great bodily injury and participation in a criminal street gang.
According to a public information release from the Lake County Sheriff's Office (LCSO) on Thursday at approximately 6 a.m., SWAT teams from the FBI, Santa Rosa Police Department and the Petaluma Police Department assisted LCSO detectives in serving arrest warrants and search warrants to the four men in Santa Rosa and Petaluma.
During Thursday's operation, Carrillo and Bianchi were arrested on the warrants. Bianchi was charged with assault with a deadly weapon, battery, fighting in a public place and a gang enhancement. Carrillo was charged with battery, fighting in a public place and a gang enhancement. Both suspects were booked into the Sonoma County Jail, each with $500,000 bail.
Numerous items were seized pursuant to the search warrants. Dabbs and Johnson are still at-large and are sought by law enforcement. Dabbs is also sought on a no-bail warrant out of San Diego for alleged kidnapping and torture.
Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Dabbs or Johnson is encouraged to call 262-4200.
Both of the men should be considered armed and extremely dangerous. Do not approach, confront or attempt to apprehend them.
