POLICE are believed to have made a major break-through in the mysterious hit-and-run death of Territorian Levi Griffiths.
The major crime unit raided the Hells Angels club house, in Girraween, this morning.
No further details are available at this stage. A press conference is expected to be held later this afternoon.
Mr Griffiths, 25, was found dead on the side of the Stuart Highway, about 1km from the crash site on Girraween Rd in Coolalinga early on June 4. He was walking home from a party.
Investigating officers seized a silver paint-smeared Ford flat-tray ute from the Berrimah industrial precinct about two weeks ago.
The car -- with a smashed windscreen and missing the front bumper -- is believed to have been involved in Mr Griffiths's death.
