BLACKMAIL charges against Finks Motorcycle Club associate Frank Borg have been dropped in the District Court.
Co-accused and Finks member Travis Lemm, of Trott Park, and Jason Kingston, who is not a bikie member, have pleaded guilty to blackmail.
They were accused of attempting to extort $100,000 from victims for protection while in prison. They were remanded in custody until June for a directions hearing.
Prosecutors entered a nolle prosequi or decision to discontinue criminal charges, against Borg, 53, of Semaphore Park.
