Golden Valley man one of eight suspects arrested..
KINGMAN - A Golden Valley man was among eight reported members of the Vagos motorcycle club arrested Wednesday in connection with an incident said to have occurred on a Bullhead City beach over the summer.
A task force made up of several law enforcement agencies, including the Kingman Police Department and the Mohave County Sheriff's Office, served search warrants at 10 different locations in Golden Valley, Fort Mohave, Lake Havasu City and Bullhead City Wednesday. Five people were arrested on charges of rioting-participating in a criminal street gang and aggravated assault, including 25-year-old Gabriel Timothy Nader Jr. of Golden Valley. Three others were arrested on charges of misconduct involving weapons and possession of drugs and paraphernalia.
Police say the men were involved in a fight on Rio Lomas Beach in Bullhead City on the evening of July 18. Bullhead City Police Spokeswoman
Emily Montague said the fight involved 20 to 30 people.
"Witnesses reported seeing Vagos members drop one victim, who was unconcious, face down in the water, stomp on the head of another victim, and heard one suspect tell another member to 'get a gun,'" Montague said.
The others arrested for rioting and assault were: Dale Warren Smith, 52, of Mohave Valley; Shawn Patrick Bailey, 35, of Bullhead City; Shawn Lee Muncy, 41, of Bullhead City; Robert George Keller III, 35, of Bullhead City; Jeffrey Daniel Woods, 53, of Lake Havasu City; and Nick Bernard Prano, 54, of Lake Havasu City.
