TRURO, N.S. — Another Nova Scotia man has been charged in the death of a former biker gang member who disappeared in October 1999.
Police say Dean Whynott of Truro is charged with being an accessory after the fact of murder in the death of former Hells Angel Randy Mersereau.
The RCMP says the 44-year-old Whynott was arrested at his home on Monday.
He is the fourth person charged with accessory after the fact of murder in Mersereau's death, but no one has been charged with the man's murder.
Investigators say human remains found earlier this month on a rural property near Truro are those of Mersereau.
