I’ve seen reports that there might be little clouds and drizzle on Sunday, but come out to Kate Sessions Park anyway. If the report comes out that there is a going to be a full blown storm, watch for a notice Saturday evening, please. Will let you know the rain plan. I will NOT be at the meeting…have post birthday plans and I’ll be going out of town.
ABATE DINNER FUNDRAISER: Moe has put together an ABATE Local 6 Spaghetti Dinner Fundraiser for us to raise some bucks and sell more of our Truck Load of Party Goods Raffle Tickets (flyer attached). For $10 you get a fantastic dinner AND one ticket for the Truck Load drawing … such a deal! You get to eat and you could end up winning the whole kit and caboodle and throw one helluva a party! They will have flyers at the meeting and tickets, too. Please come to the dinner, bring all your friends and family, and buy and sell some tickets. That’s what you can do to help Local 6!
RAFFLE REMINDER: So you just read about the dinner. Please plan on buying your “Truck Load of Party Goods Raffle tickets soon and sell a few, too. This is our spring ABATE Local 6 fundraiser, and the first prize is a $200 gift card PLUS a truck load of party goods for a huge party (lots of food, drinks, snacks…amazing). The flyer is attached. This is a really cool raffle and we have tickets available for you to buy AND sell. The drawing will be held in May.
ELECTION YEAR. You have to have your head in the sand to not know this is an election year. Hopefully Local 6 members will get involved in the campaign process. Adam will keep you posted what help might be needed.

As always the Final Option has a breakfast at Sweetwater Harley just before our meeting this month. Howie invites everyone down to have breakfast first and then ride up to Kate Sessions for our meeting.
