AUSTRALIA - Alleged OMCG associate charged with malicious damage - Blacktown

An alleged OMCG associate has been charged with malicious damage and steroid possession following the execution of a search warrant in Blacktown today.

About 9.20am (Thursday 15 September 2011), officers attached to Strike Force Raptor conducted the search at a residence in Mort Street, Blacktown.

Police obtained the warrant after viewing CCTV footage of an incident in which a man allegedly damaged an illuminated sign at a club in Greenfield Parade, Bankstown, on 6 August 2011.

It’s alleged that during the search, police located clothes worn by the man during the incident, along with two vials of a substance believed to be testosterone steroids.

The 22-year-old man, who is alleged to be an associate of the Rebels Outlaw Motorcycle Gxxg (OMCG), was arrested and taken to St Marys Police Station.

He was charged with malicious damage and possess prescribed restricted substance, as well as breach of bail for previous drug-related offences.

The man appeared in Penrith Local Court today (15 September 2011), where he was conditionally bailed to appear at Blacktown Local Court on 22 September 2011.
