Footage of Mosman $3.9m fraud arrest

FRAUD Squad detectives yesterday charged a man following investigations into an alleged $3.9 million fraud.
Shortly before 11am yesterday, 48-year-old Terrence Reddy was arrested in Mosman and taken to North Sydney Police Station.

He was charged with eleven counts of fraud-related offences including nine counts of using false instruments (false or forged documents), hinder police investigation, and pervert the course of justice.
It will be alleged the man was involved in the fraudulent financing of Harley Davidson motor cycles, luxury cars, heavy earth moving equipment and real estate totalling $3.9 million.
The arrest followed investigations conducted under Strike Force Apia, which comprises detectives from the State Crime Commands Fraud Squad.
The Strike Force was established in September 2007 to investigate incidents of alleged complex, large-scale mortgage fraud.
