A probationary member of the Outlaws Motorcycle gxxg, charged in Peterborough, is facing a possible four-year prison sentence after pleading guilty Wednesday.
Keith Nolan, 36, of Richmond Hill, pleaded guilty to five charges including possession of a loaded restricted firearm and obstructing justice by requesting financial compensation in exchange for taking full sole responsibility of possession of a restricted weapon.
He was charged along with two other men on March 11 after a collision on Hunter St. E. in which a car crashed into a light pole outside the Quaker Oats office building.
Nolan will be sentenced May 19.
