GONZALES, LA (WAFB) - Jury selection continues in the trial of four motorcycle gang members accused of trying to kill a man.
So far, 11 jurors have been chosen to hear the trial of Joe Flores, Jose Flores, Chester Hunnicutt and Derrick Johnson.
There must be 12 jurors and two alternates for testimony to begin for the Bandido gang members.
The men are charged with attempted murder and battery.
The quartet was arrested after a shooting at Fred's Bar, which is near the Prairieville-Port Vincent area, in February 2010.
The Ascension Parish Sheriff's Office reported the men got into an argument with former gang member Steven Hoff, 31.
Investigators said Hoff was shot several times by Joe Flores, the gang's president.
The four men are also charged with badly beating Hoff's friend, Brian McDonald, at the bar during the scuffle.
