I went looking and I found that the NCSL has a direct hook up with our good friends at NHTSA and the feds share all kinds of goodies with all the states. Just click on the site I forwarded below. Then go looking around on NCSLs site. You can find out all of the folks from your state who are actively involved with NCSL and on what committees and the positions those committees take on various issues, if you are so inclined.
