GREAT little piece of film ! Deacon Phillips, founder of ABATE of California. Ten minutes of film....WELL worth the time to watch !

.. I always enjoyed listening to Deacon’s stories of how ABATE came to be in the first place and what drove him to change from a Philadelphia motorcop into a wild eyed, chopper riding madman.
