A Maryland man who heads the Pagan's Motorcycle Club faces up to 25 years in prison after pleading guilty to federal racketeering and weapon charges.
Pagan's national president David "Bart" Barbeito of Myersville, Md., entered his pleas Wednesday in federal court in Charleston, W., Va.
The racketeering charge stems from motorcycle raffles the biker club held.
FBI Special Agent Chris Courtright says the 50-year-old Barbeito had sole discretion on how money raised through the annual raffles was spent.
Barbeito is the lead defendant in a sweeping federal racketeering case targeting the Pagan's. He's scheduled to be sentenced Oct. 28.
