What a shame it is when a past abate rider ends with "rider apathy" and can't see the value of staying a member of an MRO. "PEOPLE WHO DON'T GIVE A DAMN" INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: PEOPLE WHO JUST WANT TO RIDE WITH SOCIAL CLUBS, OLD FARTS, NEWBIES, DEALERS, CLUBS THAT CAN'T TAKE THE TIME TO SEND ONE PERSON TO FIND OUT WHAT ANY NEW LAWS ARE OR WHAT WE HAVE TO DO SO THEY GET TO CONTINUE RIDING.
WHAT DO WE HAVE TO DO TO MAKE THESE RIDERS JOIN OR TAKE PART IN OUR EVENTS, SUPPORTING OUR FIGHT TO RIDE ? IT IS NOT JUST ABOUT HELMETS.....IT IS ALSO ABOUT MUFFLERS AND WHITE LINES AND A DOZEN OTHER THINGS THAT WE MUST FIGHT TO PROTECT.
I JUST DON'T HAVE A CLUE, AND I'M GETTING TOO OLD TO KEEP UP. ONE DAY I WOULD LIKE TO RIDE AND NOT HAVE TO THINK "WILL I STILL HAVE TO BE PROTESTING TOMORROW"?
