Funding to study if helmet laws are depleting organ donations?

OFF THE WIRE
Has anyone evaluated the research studies that have been conducted to evaluate whether or not helmet laws are depleting the availability of organ donations?
Here is the most recent study out of the University of Michigan http://www.blogger.com/goog_2067873933

And there are several more studies like it.
Hermis said on one of his shows that motorcyclists are the new Negro of our society. Have we become as "dispensable" as the blacks who took the brunt of the syphlis studies? Does the U.S. Constitution need an amendment to protect peoples' "Culture?" (An idea I first heard by Hank on one of the blog radio show.)

The fact that one does not choose one's skin color is reason to protect a majority of people from oppressing a minority. But religions are also a choice - and it is protected by the Constitution. Do we need to expand protections of minorities by adding the word "culture" to the list of minorities - i.e., color, religion, gender, sexual preference, disability....????
How much more abuse will motorcyclists tolerate from our government???

Tigerlily,
Facts:
Hank McGrath is opposed to discrimination against 1%ers, is opposed to private property owners rights which would allow bar owners to have some control over who is allowed into their privately owned business establishment, would make 1%ers a protected class, cares little to nothing about anyone elses rights other than 1%ers, frequently uses hate speech against those who actually need protections that being in a protected class might provide, and works against those who oppose mandatory helmet laws. "If you're not a patchholder, shut the fuck up".

My opinion:
Not anyone I would choose as a voice for equal rights. Not for bikers. Not for anyone else.

My philosophy:
If you want equal rights for yourself, you treat everyone else as truly equal.

Many years ago we passed out "non-organ donor cards" stating that if I were in an accident in a state with a helmet law, none of my organs would be donated. I sent that off to a few medical organizations and enjoyed their shocked responses.

I have evidence that the organ management and coordination system disregards everything except there are organs and they make money by harvesting them.

There is even a systematic program to fool family members into thinking they have some final word in what organs get harvested, what parts can be used for research and if those parts can be sent outside the US or stay in the US. It is a hoax. They take what they can sell.
How many next of kin open up the loved one in the funeral home to make sure the organs and bone parts you didn't give permission for harvesting are still there? The harvesting groups know no one will do that, so they take whatever they want.
I have transplant and harvesting docs showing what they are authorized to take and what they actually take. It is nothing short of criminal and immoral.
