He also said if a restaurant ignored the warning and “knowingly allowed” members to meet at their venue, they risked a maximum three-year jail sentence.
Judge Wall gave group members pictures of banned bikie paraphernalia and also the 1 per cent jewellery gang members wear.
“You should educate yourself and your employees about these matters and have these sheets displayed so they can see and understand the position,” Judge Wall said.
He said restaurants should refuse to serve any member wearing club patches or logos, or any image or symbol and immediately call police.
Several restaurant group members asked how they were expected to safely ask a bikie to leave the premises, but Judge Wall said it was a matter of calling police.
Burleigh MP Ray Stevens said the Newman Government made no apologies for its tough stance on bikies.
“The VLAD laws were designed to get rid of the bikies out of the community and they have been very successful,” Mr Stevens said.
He said police had uncovered 43 Broadbeach businesses that were being funded by bikie gangs or the proceeds of their criminal activity.
