AUSTRALIA - Police keep up the heat on bikies

POLICE in Coffs Harbour are continuing to put heat on known bikie gxxg members, with another man arrested today.
The 42-year-old Toormina man, an alleged member of an outlaw motorcycle gxxg has been charged with a string of drug charges.
Police said he was arrested at a house in Bower Cres, Toormina today at about 8.10am by officers attached to Strike Force Oriental.
The man has been charged with four offences, including supply an indictable quantity of amphetamine, participation in a criminal group, dealing in the proceeds of crime and possession and cultivation of cannabis.
The charges relate to evidence gathered during the investigation, where a man was allegedly seen purchasing quantities of amphetamine from an alleged Lone Wolf OMCG member.
The man arrested today has been granted conditional bail and will appear at Coffs Harbour Local Court on Tuesday, June 26.
Strike Force Oriental was formed in January last year following a series of violent offences in the region.
Investigations conducted by the strike force have now resulted in the arrests of 16 members and associates of the Lone Wolf OMCG for serious violence and drug related offences.
