The Rebels bikie gang has been dealt a blow after police allegedly arrested five of its members and seized drugs and guns in simultaneous raids on the NSW central coast.
More than 150 police carried out 11 searches on homes and businesses about 6am (AEST) on Wednesday.
They were targeting bikie-related activities and offences in a sting known as Operation Converge II.
Five alleged members of the Rebels Outlaw Motorcycle Gang were arrested along with two associates in Terrigal, Tumbi Umbi and The Entrance, police said.
An unregistered rifle, two pistols, bullets, a stun gun, nunchukus and an extendable baton were among the weapons haul.
A range of illicit drugs, including cocaine, amphetamines and Oxycontin - also known as "hillbilly heroin" - were also seized, police allege.
Officers from the Gangs Squad, Strike Force Raptor and the Public Order Riot Squad took part in the raids.
"This operation is testimony to the whole-of-police support that Tuggerah Lakes LAC can access in order to deal with organised crime," said Tuggerah Lakes Commander Detective Superintendent David Swilks.
"The local community can rest assured that police are committed to utilising all available resources in a continued effort to tackle crime in the area."
Charges and notices for court appearances are pending, police said.
