Couple of things :
1. This is an internet app. This means that your calls/texts must go over an active internet connection. This means that your phone plan internet data limits could be maxed out. Data does not travel over the cell network.
2. You are using a 3rd party VOIP system. MITM attacks, internal issues, and the inevitable how will the company act when the feds come knocking with or without warrants.
3. They do not disclose their encryption method. They talk about 'military' level encryption, and rotating keys - but no specific mention of what technology, therefore you have no idea how easy/long to crack it is.
4. Paying $3 a month for someone else to hold your encryption keys, name, payment info, phone ID/number and process your calls. Think about that for a moment.
5. Not shooting this down, but people need to be aware of what they are dealing with before mistakes are made.
