They will "sell" the micro chips to Americans as a way to quickly ID people and pay for things. The convienence store near my house already has the next thing beyond a debit card. It's a small key chain fob with the RFID chip in it. Folks who have one just wave their keys near the gas pump or the counter reader to pay. No swiping a card or punching in a PIN. I bet they could easily implant that chip in the meaty part of your hand.
About electronic surveillance ... I saw something recently about the NSA, Homeland Security folks, etc and foreign intelligence agencies insisting on some kind of technical changes to modern computer communications -- like Skype -- that will make it easier for them to intercept and monitor. It seems these new things are always just too far ahead of the Nazi Snoops ability to monitor. Of course this is all for our own good and to prevent the terrorists from blowing up the world.

2 or 3 years ago I downloaded the TOR software/network which is discussed, in order to try it out. It establishes network connections by selecting an arbitrary dozen or so network routers from among thousands of routers set up by volunteer privacy advocates throughout the world. It slightly slowed my internet access so I do not currently use it, and did not use it routinely. There are also a few other ways to do anonymous electronic communications and publishing, but none of them are completely secure from government spies. The government and its' corporate agencies might have already put a keylogger on your system, so even if you type something while your computer is not connected to a network, it will be stored for transmission when you do. In conclusion, it is not paranoia - Big Brother really is watching you, and you don't like it.
Is this "other forms of surveillance data"?
All U.S. citizens, including babies, will receive a mandatory microchip soon. This is not some dark conspiracy; it has been openly discussed and placed in various pieces of legislation for decades by Republicans and Democrats, beginning in 1974. A microchip implant is in the Obama health care bill. However, most people miss seeing that because it is written using ambiguous and technical language. The language defines a microchip implant as, “A class II device that is implantable.” According to the government’s own definition, the term, “A Class II device that is implantable,” is a transponder or RFID chip. Therefore it is a microchip!
However, it is important to understand that Obama did not originate the plan to microchip all American citizens of the population. Ultimately, President Obama is not the problem regarding the microchip implant! The Republicans planned for the microchip implant before Obama ever entered the White House. In reality, this merely demonstrates that the distinction between Democrats and Republicans is almost entirely meaningless. Both parties serve the agenda of the global elites who issue instructions to the elected officials they put in power to do their bidding. The ultimate goal is to microchip the entire population of planet earth and in nations like India, a microchip implant in their nation I.D. card, has been distributed to hundreds of millions of people.
It was not President Obama, a Democrat, but Tommy Thompson, a Republican Governor from Wisconsin and the former Secretary of Health and Human Services, who pushed for the microchip under President Bush. Tommy Thompson supported the Verichip, which is a microchip implant, presented as a “useful tool in sharing medical information.” Thompson sat on the board of directors of Verichip’s company Applied Digital Solutions, which is now known as PositiveID. In 2007, Thompson resigned from the board of the company.
Ironically, while Thompson worked to microchip the U.S. population, he personally refused to receive a microchip implant himself.
In 2012, VeriTeQ Acquisition Corporation, a marketer of implantable RFID technologies for patient identification and sensor applications, announced it had acquired the VeriChip implantable microchip and related technologies, and Health Link personal health record from PositiveID Corporation. VeriTeQ is majority owned and headed up, by Scott R. Silverman, former Chairman and CEO of PositiveID and VeriChip Corporation. PositiveID has retained an ownership interest in VeriTeQ.
On March 8, 2007, Tommy G. Thompson, an independent member of the Board of Directors of VeriChip, submitted a letter to the Company expressing his interest in taking a leave of absence from the Board of Directors in order to devote his full time and efforts to running for President as the Republican candidate of the United States.
In the Obama Health Care Bill, the need for a microchip implant first came up in H.R. 3200 section 2521, Pgs. 100-1007, paragraph 1. Tracing the need for a microchip implant in the various Health Care Bills can be confusing because of the changes and different bills involved. For example, with H.R.3590, America thought it was free of a ‘Healthcare System’ that would create a national medical registry and the population to be tagged with implantable RFID chips. But a second heath care related bill called “The Reconciliation Act of 2010” (2300 pages) was passed by the Senate on March 25th after being passed by the House on March 21st. In the text of the 2300 page bill, which our elected representatives, both Republicans and Democrats did not read, in section 2521, the creation of a National Medical Device Registry is enacted. This is portrayed as a registry to collect safety data on medical devices such as pacemakers and to put the safety data in a publicly accessible national electronic database. However, that is distinctly misleading.
In the section entitled: Subtitle C-11 Sec. 2521 – National Medical Device Registry, it states:
“The Secretary shall establish a national medical device registry (in this subsection referred to as the ‘registry’) to facilitate analysis of postmarket safety and outcomes data on each device that—‘‘(A) is or has been used in or on a patient; and ‘‘(B) is a class III device; or ‘‘(ii) a class II device that is implantable.”
The language conceals the fact, that it provides the structure for making America the first nation in the world that would require every U.S. citizen to receive an implanted radio-frequency (RFID) microchip for the purpose of controlling medical care. There are those that say the current legislation does not say this. But, the current legislation and laws surrounding the Health Care Bill are still in the process of being written. As such one cannot conclude that the microchip implant is simply going to disappear!
When Joe Biden, a Senator at the time asks Justice John Roberts at a Confirmation Hearing:
"Can a miniature tag be implanted into a human body to track his every movement? You will rule on that, mark my words, before your tenure is over."
The cat is out of the bag! Many of our elected officials know what the plan is.
You can dance around all the fine print in the legal language, but you cannot escape the fact that there is a plan to microchip the population. The truth is that if the global elites have their way, you are going to be implanted with a Radio Frequency Transponder (RFID Chip). Radio-frequency identification (RFID) employs the use of a wireless non-contact system, using radio-frequency electromagnetic fields to transmit data from a microchip, biochip or a microscopic technology called a nano-chip, for the purposes of automatic identification and tracking. The nano-chip is so small, you could be given one during a vaccination and never even know it! I am not advocating that all vaccinations are bad. But, you better know what they are injecting into your blood stream!
Nano-technology requires no battery and is powered by the electromagnetic fields used to read them. Some chips can use a local power source or even the electricity in your body and can broadcast radio waves (electromagnetic radiation) at radio frequencies.
The plan to microchip the U.S. population goes back a lot farther than Bush or Obama. In a testimony called “Microchip Implants and Cybernetics 12-6-1,” in 1974, a Congressional testimony from Dr. Jose Delgado stated, “We need a program of PSYCHOSURGERY for political control of our society.” Dr. Jose M. Delgado Professor of Neuropsychiatry, Yale University Medical Records, Number 26, Vol. 118 February 1974. Delgado said, “Man does not have the right to develop his own mind. We must electrically control the brain.”
Zbigniew Brzezinski who is a founder of the Trilateral Commission, and former National Security Advisor to President Jimmy Carter advocated a technological dictatorship. "In the technotronic society the trend would seem to be towards the aggregation of the individual support of millions of uncoordinated citizens, easily within the reach of magnetic and attractive personalities effectively exploiting the latest communications techniques to manipulate emotions and control reason."
In 1970, in his book he wrote while a professor at Columbia University, entitled, “Between Two Ages: America's Role in the Technetronic Era,” Brzezinski made the following statement :
"Political strategists are tempted to exploit research on the brain and human behavior. Geophysicist Gordon J.F. MacDonald, a specialist in problems of warfare, says accurately-timed, artificially-excited electronic strokes could lead to a pattern of oscillations that produce relatively high power levels over certain regions of the earth ... in this way one could develop a system that would seriously impair the brain performance of very large populations in selected regions over an extended period."
" ... no matter how deeply disturbing the thought of using the environment to manipulate behavior for national advantages, to some, the technology permitting such use will very probably develop within the next few decades." This is already being used with EMF waves coming from satellites, remote transmitters, television, cell phones, computers and other sources.”
“The technotronic era involves the gradual appearance of a more controlled society. Such a society would be dominated by an elite, unrestrained by traditional values (like liberty and democracy). Soon it will be possible to assert almost continuous surveillance over every citizen and maintain up-to-date complete files containing even the most personal information about the citizen. These files will be subject to instantaneous retrieval by the authorities. This is happening now with technologies so advanced, that the average America does not know they exist. We are as the science fiction Robert Heinlein said, “A Stranger in a Strange Land.”
