A SERIES of police raids in the state's South East has uncovered drugs, firearms, explosives and cash.
Four properties were searched in and around Bordertown and Keith yesterday, including one that had a concealed compartment under a table in a bedroom in which four firearms, explosive devices, chemicals and cash were found.
A Bordertown man, 27, was arrested and charged with numerous drug and firearm related offences. He is appearing in court today.
Police also reported a woman, 36, two men, aged 23 and 20, and two male youths, both aged 15, for minor drug possession offences after searching two other houses at Bordertown.
Further inquiries led police to search a property at Keith, where drugs and firearms were found.
A male, 36, and a woman, 40, both from Keith, were charged with traffic a controlled substance, cultivate cannabis and firearm offences. Both were bailed to appear in court at a later date.
Police will allege that one male arrested has links to the Hells Angels and the further two males have links to the Red Devils outlaw motorcycle gang.
