Stockton, CA - Trial for Acampo murder to begin this month

Wearing T-shirts with the face of their murdered relative printed on them, family members of Brian McDaniel crowded into a Stockton courtroom Monday and glared at the defendants allegedly responsible for his death.
"Even though the trial is starting soon, there's no comfort in this," said Deanna McDaniel, the victim's sister, after the day's proceedings concluded. "There's no comfort with Brian gone."
