(AP) - A television station is reporting that police are outside a home in Stockton where it's believed Steve Ruiz, the suspected shooter in last week's Hell's Angel funeral shooting, is inside.
Sacramento station KCRA-TV says some people were taken out of the home Saturday, but the station says Ruiz is believed to still be inside.
Stockton police spokesman Pete Smith confirmed that San Jose police were serving a warrant, but would not say what the warrant was for, or provide any details.
San Jose police spokesman Jason Dwyer declined to comment on the report.
The 38-year-old Ruiz, also a member of the Hells Angels, is suspected of fatally shooting 52-year-old Steve Tausan during an Oct. 15 funeral service in San Jose.
Investigators had originally believed that Ruiz might have been killed by members of the motorcycle gang, but said Friday they had determined he was still alive.
