Mark down these words: ”Its Only”
If you believe freedom is free you need to have a conversation with a veteran! If you do not believe the biker lifestyle is under attack and has been for several decades you might be a government worker. Where the hell are all the fighters? Where are those willing to fight back against our over reaching local, state, and federal government?
Look I’m not talking armed rebellion here. Simply asking why more bikers are not joining the fight to end some of this ridiculous nonsense that has been going on for years now! Motorcycle only check points funded with our tax dollars no less, Updated push on DOT sticker & labeling inside of helmets, EPA sticker MANDATES on you exhaust, NO Colors signs posting up on restaurants & events, and outright Bans. Hey look I’m not a freaking frog in a pot looking for our so called leaders to turn up the heat. You would think they have better things to do but they are afraid.
Fear is a natural reaction for us humans. Unfortunately for our lifestyle it has become a social menace. The non riding public is gripped with never ending fear and that has lead to knee jerk reactions on Bacon Hill & in Washington. The public has “done been fear mongered into a puddle” a good friend of my said recently. Lame Stream media is the best at spreading the disease. Has this fear virus spread to you fellow biker? Is fear keeping you from standing up to fight for your adult rights to decide on helmet or no helmet? Perhaps you are more concerned with what the neighbors think? I know, you would invest some of your time but only if it doesn’t interfere with watching the next American Idol right? Oh look at me the big bad biker in my shinny new leathers with my fancy ride. Guess what Ken doll? They pull you over at the checkpoints to, don’t care if you are a day traders, and will write you ticket for those shinny straight pipes. Would you fight the citation? Nah, your too afraid to walk the steps of a courthouse, besides its only a few dollars right?
There you have it. Its Only…… two strong words for cowards that is. Its only a ticket, a few dollars, a small increase in taxes, a small impedance on my rights!!!!!!!! Bull Shit. Why am I ranting so much about this? Simple. Unless more bikers get off their asses and join the fight the status quo will continue to gain confidence and simple do what they want to us knowing YOU wont fight back. So next time you look in the mirror bub ask yourself this: So, What are you going to do about it?
