Join our veterans Saturday for a ride to remember one of our fallen soldiers.
The 3rd annual Corporal Mike Starker Memorial Poker Run starts at noon, with all the proceeds going to the Starker Memorial Medic award fund.
Mike Wototschek is with the Veterans Motorcycle Club of Canada.
"Mike was a Corporal with the Medics over in Afghanistan. On May 6 in 2008, they were ambushed and he lost his life."
To register for the ride go to the Packing House Pub on Fins Road between 10 and 11am Saturday morning.
All riders are welcome.
