LOS ANGELES -- Seven people have been arrested in Southern California raids targeting a motorcycle club suspected of dealing drugs.
Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms spokesman Christian Hoffman says search and arrest warrants were served Thursday on reputed members of the Chosen Few Motorcycle Club. Seven were arrested in Palmdale and the Los Angeles area. They face drug and weapons charges.
Two other people remain fugitives.
Hoffman says 10 weapons and some cocaine were seized.
The club has been under investigation by a joint federal, state and local task force for a year. Authorities say the probe previously resulted in the arrest of a Department of Motor Vehicles employee who was accused of providing phony identities that club members used to buy weapons.
