A member of the Finks Motorcycle Club accused of stealing a Lamborghini last year has been granted bail in the Victorian Supreme Court.
36-year-old Richard Michail is facing several charges for allegedly threatening a Port Melbourne car dealer with a gun, demanding $50,000, and then stealing the luxury car.
The court heard he was the Sergeant at Arms for the Melbourne chapter of the Finks Motorcycle Club, which police consider a national organised crime network.
Michail has been released on strict conditions to allow him to look after his sick wife.
