Here is a nice federal grant for everyone

I received this as a committee member to our Riders Education Advisory over site committee.

Basically my comment back was if the state sought and received this grant one of the ways the state would attempt to gather information about valid/invalid motorcycle operators would be to operate motorcycle only check points and that I was opposed to that.
