I recommend leaving the emails and texting to your teenage daughters and use the US Mail for retrieval and procurement of official documents. In most states, the opposing Counsel can easily stop your attempt to use an email as evidence in court. Sad that it takes a week or two to get an answer when you use the US Mail, but it is considered 2nd most valuable type of evidence - 2nd only to personal appearance in court by the person who wrote the letter.

Eventually you will be using court rules and procedures. Get the goods on the enemy now.
