I would like to ask that you join with our other chapters accross the state in sending this along to Sen. Gardiner. He has the power to include this Bill 1918 to the Transportation Committee meeting agenda Tuesday April 13th. We have fought long and hard to have this legislation heard and with you help this just might be the year we finally get it passed.
You can copy and paste the message onto an email and send it to E-mail address gardiner.andy.web@flsenate.gov and add your name to the bottom. We need to do this as soon as possible, time's running out, do it for our fallen and injured Brother and Sisters, do it now.

Honorable Senator Gardiner,
The purpose of this email is to request that you include SB 1918 to the agenda for Tuesdays Transportation Committee meeting.
This Bill is important in helping to make our states roadways safer for all motorists not just motorcyclists. I believe the current law falls short in it's current form to deter motorists from violating another's right of way, one of the most common causes of injury and death among motorcyclists. It has also contributed to a considerable increase in property damage, injury and death among other motorists and bicyclists as well.
