Positive steps! #ICYMI the VA has (finally) acknowledged that medical cannabis can be helpful for vets and unveiled a new policy.
While doctors still can't officially recommend medicinal cannabis to
vets, under the new guidelines they can discuss the possibility with
their patients, who can then get a formal recommendation from another
doc.
The VA is basically saying it will not be responsible for
providing vet with mmj, but it won’t disallow patients from getting
medical pot from private practitioners.

participating in State-approved marijuana programs,” the new policy
states. Hooah. ✊
