On Monday, May 25th 2015, we will be hosting what we hope will be the largest Memorial Day event in San Diego. A 100+ mile, 5-stop poker run for motorcyclists followed by a family friendly outing with all kinds of food, live music, and raffle prizes that range from gift cards redeemable at multiple dealerships and shops throughout the SoCal area from free Harley Davidson rentals, to riding gear. Plus there will be a custom motorcycle raffled off at the end of the day. The registration fee to participate in the event is $25. From your $25 registration fee, $20 will be donated to "The Children of Fallen Patriots Foundation", with the other $5 going to "the pot". The starting point for the event will be San Diego Harley Davidson; located at 4645 Morena Blvd. San Diego, Ca. 92117. The event will begin at 9:00 am with free breakfast. We will go kick stands up at 10;00 am. From San Diego Harley Davidson, go to I-5 north and take 52 west, to 67 north in Santee. Continue on 67 north to 78 east in Ramona. Continue on 78 east through the mountains towards Vista and the final stop will be North County House of Motorcycles; located at 1725 Hacienda Dr. Vista, Ca. 92081. A couple of stops are still being negotiated at this time. Please check this event change for the official list of all stops. At the end of the ride, the rider with the best poker hand will win "the pot" (a cash prize) and in the event of a tie for best hand, those individuals will go head to head on a game of Texas Hold'em (unless they decide to split "the pot").
