A California federal case against the Mongols MC is attempting to challenge the 1st Amendment's free speech rights, the government's seizure powers and the ownership of a trademark.
The US Defenders has issued a formal CTA to defend the motorcycle riding community against attempts by the Government to seize motorcycle clubs' "collective membership marks" (colors) and destroy the Clubs' identity by taking away their branded logos.
We are in the fight of our lives and are asking the entire motorcycle community to stand up and assist us in speaking out against the elimination and erosion of our Constitutional rights and freedoms in order to leave a legacy of freedom for our children and grandchildren.
Today it's the Mongols Motorcycle Club patch; tomorrow it might be yours!!!!
As you all know, litigation is expensive. We are asking that all US Defenders, COIR, COC members and independents donate $5 to the Trademark Defense Fund. Please make checks payable/send to:
