Dear Philip, How often have we exercised our basic freedoms without giving them a second thought? Thanks to the brave men and women who made the choice to fight for their country, we have the ability to pursue our dreams. But there’s always a sacrifice for making the choice to serve. It’s a price our finest young men and women willingly pay for putting themselves in harm’s way to preserve our freedoms. And the price, at times, is very high. Today I ask you to show your gratitude for injured service members with your generous gift that will help sustain Wounded Warrior Project® (WWP) programs. Another way to show your pride is by voting for the 2014 member card of your choice. Cast your vote by Monday, August 5! Your support of WWP reminds our brave service members that their sacrifices are appreciated. And you help them adjust to a new life at home where — because of them — freedom still reigns. Sincerely, Steven Nardizzi Executive Director Wounded Warrior Project |
