CA - Once again, B.O.L.T. of CA is taking the lead on challenging the states unconstitutional helmet law.

Once again, B.O.L.T. of CA is taking the lead on challenging the states unconstitutional helmet law. Mark Temple is taking the lead on filing charges against the CHP for helmet arrests with no probable cause.
B.O.L.T. is seeking financial help to cover the tremendous court costs. A trust account; “Defend the 4th Amendment-BOLT v CHP Lawsuit” has been created through Wells Fargo Bank. We have already received just over $3,000 in donations. 100% of the funds will be used for court costs. Donations, make payable to: Defend the 4th Amendment BOLT v CHP Lawsuit, can be mailed to 8790 Mellowdawn Way,
Orangevale, CA 95662.

Support in ANY amount will be greatly appreciated.

On a side note, we first went to Chase Bank to create the Trust Account. Chase gave us a complete run around, days of jumping through hoops. I suggested to Mark that Chase may not like conservative Americans, such as B of A not loaning money to gun manufacturers.

We went to Wells Fargo and all was done in an hour. Point of this, it really is very important on who you do business with. Too many feel that moving their insurance from AAA or going to a bank that believes in our American Heritage will have little effect. It does matter.

I know this Facebook post is going to the choir, but I just want to stress how very important it is to associate with like-minded people. It gives you strength to keep pushing forward. Plus sometimes wrong people will convince you not do the right thing…it is easier, at least in the short run. And I have been a victim of allowing others to convince me away from my goal.

Working together we can do great things.

Thank you
