It is ILLEGAL to concealed carry a dirk, dagger, machete, a knife which is made an integral part of a belt buckle, or any other “dangerous or deadly weapon”. NRS 202.350(1)(d)
You MUST look at local law to define “dangerous or deadly weapon”. In most cases, a knife with a blade in a length LESS THAN 3 inches is legal to concealed carry. This is 100% true in Las Vegas (LV Code 107.70.010), North Las Vegas (NLV Code 9.32.040) Clark County Incorporated (Clark County Code 12.04.180), and Henderson (Hend. Code 8.98.010).
In Las Vegas and North Las Vegas, “deadly and dangerous weapon” (as applied to knives only) is defined as “any dirk or dagger, any knife with a blade three inches or larger in length, snap blade, spring blade, ice pick or similar stabbing tool, straight edge razor, razor blade fitted to a handle, and any cutting or stabbing weapon or device”. These are all illegal to concealed carry in Las Vegas and North Las Vegas. LV Code 107.70.010, and NLV Code 9.32.040.
