Why This Is Important
Our troops should never be forgotten, including the ones that are Prisoners Of War or Missing In Action! They need to be found and brought home and H.R. 111 would establish a committee for the specific purpose of accomplishing this goal. But right now it sits in a committee and has been there for almost a year. If it isn't put through before this congressional committee is over it will be taken out of commission and have to be re-introduced during the next congressional committee. Our men and women that are missing or prisoners and their families shouldn't be made to suffer longer than necessary. This bill needs to pass now so this committee can get formed and get busy finding and bringing home the people that have given us the freedoms we have now!

However, we NEVER agreed to be abandoned by our Government! We, the American People, owe our POW/MIA's and their families the respect and dedication to hold our government responsible for bringing all our POW/MIA's home! Alive or dead, they should be found and returned home to there families! I am fully dedicated to this cause. To contact your US Congressional Rep. in Washington D.C., go to: http://www.contactingthecongress.org/ and send an email or call and ask to speak to his/her Military/Veteran's Aide. Then, ask your Congressional Rep. to sign on as a co-sponsor to H.RES.111. This resolution, if passed, will form a Senate Sub Committee to get our POW/MIA's home and bring closure to their families.
