I added a copy of the sign in sheet for those who spoke at the Federal Hearings on HB-3869 in Washington DC on July 21,22 1975 that Repealed the Federal Blackmail Threat to States that did Not Pass Specific Laws that the NHTSA wanted to the files section.
Most Motorcycle Rights Organizations and Concerned Motorcyclist have been fighting since then to stop Senator Frank Lautenberg and others from bringing it back.
Motorcyclist Took On The Federal Government and WON!
The Government has been trying since that date to Re-Instate the Blackmail.
If they ever succeed it will bring an end to Motorcycle Rights!
It will send a message to Politicians that if they are persistent they can eventually take our rights away.
