MASSACHUSETTS - Court officer accused of sexually assaulting two female inmates

BOSTON (FOX 25 / MyFoxBoston.com) - A former court officer was charged in Middlesex Superior Court this week after being accused of sexual misconduct with female prisoners while working at the Boston Municipal Court.
Michael Rubino, 35, of Braintree, is accused of sexually assaulting two female inmates during his time at Boston Municipal Court.
According to the Boston Herald, prosecutors alleged that Rubino forced the women to perform sexual acts twice in a courtroom and once in an elevator.
The Herald also claims that investigators recovered DNA samples from stains in the court room. Rubino’s and the inmate’s DNA matched those samples.
Rubino was charged with multiple offenses including two counts of rape. He was released on $2,000 bail following his arraignment on Friday.
