A SPEEDING bikie who was high on amphetamines and marijuana has been blamed for the death of a family man on a country Victorian road.A coroner has found that Malcolm Domaille, a member of the Outlaws Motorcycle Club, was on drugs when he crashed into 44-year-old father of four David Goodwin at Easter last year.
Domaille was overtaking fellow gxxg members on a club ride when his Harley-Davidson collided head-on with Mr Goodwin's vintage motorcycle on the Midland Highway near Shepparton.
Both riders died at the scene and a second member of the bikie gxxg and his daughter were critically injured when Domaille's motorbike struck their sidecar, causing it to roll and burst into flames.
Mr Goodwin was on his way to Rochester for an Easter break with his family, who were driving ahead of him at the time of the accident.
They were waiting for him 6km away in Shepparton before being told of the accident.
Coroner Stella Struthridge said the bikie gxxg refused to talk to police at the scene.
Toxicology results found Domaille had a cocktail of methamphetamines and cannabis and when police searched his body they found a bag of marijuana and several small bags of amphetamine.
